Spring is right around the corner

COME ON SPRING!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?

So, as is usually the case in Middle TN, we get really sick of winter about this time. A few teaser days of sunny skies and highs in the 60s leave us pining for the easy-breezy afternoons of April. With that comes events galore! We've got the Country Music Marathon, Bike Races, Beer Days, NASCAR, and my personal favorite -- MLB Opening Day! For HCB, that means beer, and lots of it.

We're fully stocked at the bar and ready for any size get-together. So, get yer tail off the couch and come on down. Whether it be a weekday night to shoot the breeze, or a Sunday afternoon to watch the roundy-round with the guys.

NEW BEER ALERT: We added a new beer -- our Amber -- to the mix. This was based off the Alaskan Amber clone we found. Mmm-mmm-mmm...delicious. Only Pale malt and 3 degrees of Crystal (40, 60, 120) round out the grain bill. Amazingly simple and refreshing. We've yet to name this one, so if you have any suggestions, we're all ears.
